The bridge issue raises three questions:
1. Were public hearings with all relevant information held before new construction was decided to be the preferred choice?
2. Has an application been made to declare the Johnson Street bridge a heritage structure to be protected?
3. Is there a bylaw stipulating the maximum dollar amount for a loan the city can borrow in the name of taxpayers without conducting a refrendum? If you know the answers to my questions, please, enlighten me. A. Mavromichalis
